Refund Policy

100% Refund

You're eligible for a full refund if:

• A payment mistake has occurred (e.g., double payment, identical orders, etc.). In such cases, you need to report the issue to us immediately.
• We haven't found a suitable tutor to handle your order.
• Your order wasn't delivered by the deadline, and you no longer need the paper (Note: a 100% refund cannot be granted if the paper was delivered late due to your failure to provide necessary information or materials in a timely manner).

70% Refund

You can claim a 70% refund if:

• Less than half the deadline has passed since the tutor was assigned, and you decide to cancel the order. This is to compensate the tutor who has already started working on your assignment.

50% Refund

You're eligible for a 50% refund if:

• More than half the deadline has passed since the tutor was assigned, and you decide to cancel the order.
• We are unable to provide you with a tutor for your revision.

Revision of the Refund Percentage

If we provide a different percentage of refund than what is mentioned above, each case will be reviewed individually. For instance, if you've received the completed paper and its quality is unsatisfactory, the refund will be calculated based on the level of completion and quality of the work.
